人物介绍：1958年出生于伊朗，其父是一位X射线工程师，因而他在少年时期就涉入了辐射与核能领域。17岁时移居欧洲接受核物理方面的深造。 1981年毕业于伦敦帝国理工学院，成为一名核工程师，专攻反应器技术的系统控制。他花去了过去的数年时间，用一种清洁而安全的放射性燃氢反应器，成功地实现了能量与引力的制造。为了完成一种崭新的等离子核系统（plasma
nuclear system），他包揽了所有相关的工作，包括设计、燃料和控制方面。从零起步，目前已经成型。自2002年开始，他把精力集中在完善这种技术的设计工作方面，并把它推向科技界和工业领域。2004年9月，受西方发达国家政府官方机构之邀请，他参加了专门针对他的技术进行的评估工作。从2004年11月到2005年3月，他的技术经受了某大学的科学家的鉴定。鉴定报告认定：通过他的技术生产能量是行之有效的。2005年4月，找到一家开发公司作为合作伙伴，并通过某政府机构，进行该技术的应用化研究。2005年7月18日，该系统的初步评估完成，合作机构一致同意开始着手首台“能量和引力”生产系统的制造。2005年10月初，欧洲和国际专利机构批准了该项技术的专利，它囊括了可能用到此技术的各个方面，共达数百项应用技术。2005年底和2006年初，几套静态等离子反应器建成，进一步确证了他的理论。所有这些静态反应器，均工作在常温和常压条件下，用以提供电力。不久，几台动态等离子反应器建成并测试成功，用于升举与运转。该系统的进一步发展，生产出纳米碳层，经罗马光谱分析，确认其为SP2和SP3形式(译注:SP2和SP3分别对应于碳的石墨与钻石结构)。与医生合作，完成了等离子反应器在医疗方面的应用测试。他发表了一篇关于从环境中获取CO2(二氧化碳）和CH4（甲烷）的学术论文，实现了室温室压下让CO2和CH4呈液态的途径，比利时大学用IR和XRD
