speaking of allowance like to begin this transmission on the
subject of Allowance.
这次传讯题目为《允许》，所以请允许我们，开始讲“允许”
And explain a
formula
我们将分析一个公式
by which you can
maximize the synchronicity in your life
按照这个公式去行动，将增加你们生命中的“同步性事件”
By using
allowance in a very specific way.
这个“允许”的使用方法，有点特别
We call this, at
least for now the triple a formula,
目前我们称之为，AAA公式
No, not your
Automobile Association of America,
当然，不是你们的美国汽车协会
But the idea as
follows.
且听以下详解
Many people on
your planet, when they begin to experience more
synchronicity
很多地球人，当他们体验到更多的“同步性事件”（心想事成）
When they begin
to attract and manifest in their lives something that they
need
当他们开始吸引，或显化在他们所需的东西
Something that
is representative and reflective of their preference of their joy
of their excitement
或心爱的东西，或喜乐的东西，或兴奋的东西
Will often look
at the idea very briefly
通常会享受一下
And suddenly and
instantaneously and immediately go.
然后突然中断享受，瞬间想到
But what else is
there?
“还有其他吗？”
Is there
more?
“还有更多的吗？”
let’s get more,
let's expand.
“我们去多拿点，多要点”
Now the idea is
that
其实，要更多，你们得这么做：
You need to be
in the present, with anything that manifests as best as you
possibly can,
对于你所显化的任何东西，你要尽可能地，沉浸在当下的感觉中
And by
experiencing a manifestation of something that you
prefer,
而不是，在你显化出想要的东西时
And immediately
looking for what else you can get

what else you
can manifest, how much more you can attract

Your actually
kind of missing the point.
这样的话，你其实有点误解了（走偏了）
Because when you
manifest
因为，当你显化某个东西
It is simply the
act of arriving at a frequency, creating a frequency within
yourself
其实是你调整自己的内在，达到一定的频率
That allows
something that is already always been here, to simply become
visible to you.
从而让一直存在于此时此刻地的这个东西，能被你所看见
When you talk
about the idea of attraction
说到“吸引力法则”，真相是
You're never
actually attracting something from somewhere else to where you
are
你并没有把某个东西，从远处吸引过来
Everything that
you can possibly need anything that is relevant in your
lives
你生活中所需的一切，跟你生命相关的任何东西
Is already right
here with you,
此时，已经在你身边
Because there is
only here
因为只有一个地方，就是这里（此地）
there is only
now.
只有一个时间，就是现在（此时）
Therefore,
everything that you will need, in your life is here right
now.
因此，你人生所需的一切，都已存在于此时此地
It may not be
visible to you right now.
现在，你可能看不见它
It may not seem
to physically manifest right now
现在，它们可能还未实体化
Because it may
not be the appropriate timing for it.
因为，时机未到
But if you allow
it to manifest in the way it was designed to manifest automatically
and synchronistically
但如果你允许祂，以祂自己设定的时间，自动地、同步地显化
Then you will
see that it will manifest
那么，当时机到了，祂就会出现
If it is
relevant and necessary in your life for something that you truly
need

Something that
is truly your preference,

It will manifest
in the perfect timing.

But the way you
go about this,
正确的做法
and allowing
this to happen in the most magnified and accelerated way
加快显化速度，放大显化结果的做法
Is by using this
AAA formula
是按照“AAA公式”来做（AAA步骤）
And the AAA
stands for acknowledge appreciate.
AAA是Acknowledge认可，Appreciate欣赏/感激/赞赏
And then
allow
Allow允许
And it goes
something like this
详解如下：
When you have
manifested something that is reflective of your joy, your
excitement, your preference,
当你显化出你所喜乐的、兴奋的、喜欢的
Stop.
先停下来
Don't ask for
more. Don't look for more.
别要求更多，别寻找更多
Don't at that
moment attempt to expand or increase it
就在那一刻，别试图放大它，加速它
Saying, what
else can it be?
别说：“还有其他吗？”
Can I have this
much more
“能再给些吗？”
Can I go
here.
“我能去这里吗？”
Can I do
that
“我能做个吗？”
can it be
bigger
“能变得更大吗？”
Can it be other
than this
“能比这个还好吗？”
Stop.
停下来
Take a
moment
花点时间
And allow
yourself to acknowledge what you have just been given
对你所给予的，表示认可
Take that
moment,
这点时间
It's very
important.
非常重要
It's absolutely
crucial
起着决定性作用
Because it will
bring you back into the present,
因为它会把你带回到当下
It will keep you
in the now moment to acknowledge what just happened.
让你保持在当下，并认可刚刚发生的事
What you have
just manifested
认可你刚刚显化的
That you have
just allowed yourself to create a vibrational frequency within your
being
因为，你刚刚在内在，创造了一个振频
That now matches
that thing,
这个振频与显化的事物同频
And allow that
thing to become visible to you
从而让你，能看见这个事物
That what
manifestation is
这就是显化的运作机制
So take that
moment. Take that pause
所以，暂停一下，花点时间
And acknowledge
what just happened.
认可刚刚发生的
Don't rush
ahead.
别急
Don't look for
more.
也别寻求更多
Don't be on
about the business of looking into the future to see what else you
can get
别思索着将来还能获得什么，心急吃不了热豆腐
Stop
停下来，享受美丽
Take a moment
and acknowledge what just happened
花点时间，认可刚刚发生的
Then when you
have acknowledged the manifestation of this just occurred that is
in the direction of your preference.
下一步，在你认可刚刚显化出的，你的喜好之后
It may not be
all of it all at once,
你所喜好的，未必全部一次性显化出来
But if it's in
the direction of your preference
但如果是往你喜好的方向发展
After you have
acknowledge that that is so
在你认可现状之后
It's a
recognition, a recognition that something has just happened, an
acknowledgment
第一个步骤是认定的过程，即认出刚刚发生的，刚刚显化的
And once you
recognize it,
一旦你认定出来
Then take the
next moment
便可以采取下一个步骤：
And appreciate
it,
赞赏/欣赏/感激 它
appreciate what
you now have as fully as you can
尽可能地 赞赏 你现在所拥有的
Go into a state
of gratitude,
进入一种感恩的状态，
into a state of
grace
一种享受恩典的状态
Into a state of
deep appreciation for what you now are experiencing

Again, this
keeps you in the moment

And it not only
keeps you in the moment.

It adds energy
to the entire process that is very, very powerful

Because
appreciation is a very powerful energy.

It is a state of
grace.

It is a state,
not only of acknowledgment,

But recognition
and also the ability to allow that energy to start really expanding
into all areas of your life.

Because what
you're doing is you are appreciating not only that
manifestation.
因为你所赞赏的，不单单是你所显化的
But yourself as
well.
你也是在赞赏你自己
And as you
appreciate yourself, and you become equal to that manifestation
through appreciation.
你给予所显化的事物“赞赏的能量”，自己便收获“赞赏的能量”
It starts to
expand and go into every facet of your life
这样，赞赏的能量，就扩展到你生活的各个方面
And that is when
you then can allow
于是，你便可开始第三步：允许
whatever else
needs to manifest to manifest more synchronistically in a more
accelerated way,
允许，能让那些需要显化的，加速显化、同步显化
Allowing you to
experience growth and change in a positive and constructive and
exciting way
让你以积极的、有助益的、兴奋的方式，去体验人生的成长与变化
In a much much
more accelerated fashion,
可以大大地加快你的成长与变化
So please
remember the three As
所以，谨记这三个“A”
Acknowledge
1、认可
Appreciate.
2、赞赏
And then allow
what needs to happen to happen.
3、允许所需发生的，自然发生
You don't need
to force it happen.
你无需强迫它发生
You don't need
to manipulate your reality.
你无需操控你的世界
You don't need
to make it happen in any way shape or form.
也不需要通过某种方式，使之发生
Once you have
acknowledged what just happened,
一旦你认可刚刚发生的
And once you
appreciate it as fully as you can what you now have
experienced
一旦你尽可能地赞赏你所经历的
Then all you
need to do is allow those two factors to work for you,
那剩下你需要做的，就是允许这两“助手”为你工作
Allow their
energy to expand and increase
允许这股能量不断地扩展，不断地增强
And allow allow
what the next thing is that needs to happen to happen.
允许接下来该发生的事情，自然发生
It may not
always be what you think,
发生的，未必是你所期待的
But it will
always be what you need.
但肯定是你所需要的
It may not
always be what you want,
发生的，未必如你所想要的
But it will
always be what you need

And if you
understand that it is always what is truly relevant for
you
如果你清楚地知道，发生的一切，肯定与你人生相关
Truly what you
need

representative of your high vibration of acknowledgment and
appreciation

Then you can
know with absolute certainty that

Whatever the
next manifestation is
无论接下来显化的为何
Is exactly what
it needs to be to take it to the next level,
必将你的人生，推向下一个高度
To accelerate
your life in the most positive way
将加速你的人生，往积极放下发展
To bring you the
next opportunity and experience and challenge in your
life
将带给你下一个机遇，下一个体验，下一个挑战
That will allow
you to open more doors
为你开启更多大门，助你步上康庄大道
And experience
more and more and more of who you truly are,
让你体验到越来越多，越来越多的“真正的你”
Which is the
entire point of this life.
而这，这就是生命的全部意义
That's your
purpose

to experience
more and more and more

To remember more
and more and more of who you truly are.

And through this
three-part mechanism of acknowledging and appreciating and
allowing

manipulating

without making
it work

Without forcing

just relaxing
into that energy

And really
feeling it as fully as you can

Then you will
see a mark increase in synchronicity.

A mark
acceleration of manifestation
你显化的速度加快
And you will
start to fall into this idea.
你会渐渐以这种方式去思考，去行事
It will become
first nature.
它渐渐成为你的第一天性（本能）
For when
anything manifests for you to stop and live in it.
显化出的任何东西，都是要让你停下来，活在其中
Live in that
moment.

Don't be in a
hurry to get anywhere else.
别急着去其他地方
Don't be in a
hurry to have more than what you just manifested
不要急于想办法拥有更多的“显化”
Whatever needs
to come will come
你所需要的，必定会来
And again, it
will come in the most accelerated and synchronistic way
再次提醒：如果你能与刚刚显化的，喜乐相处
if you just sit
with what you have just manifest
其他的，就会以最快的速度到来，同步到来
Because one step
leads to the next,
因为你的一小步，就是祂的一大步
And it already
knows how to do that.
祂知道怎么做
You don't need
to help it
你不需要去帮祂
Just let it do
its job.
让祂去做工
Let the
mechanism work
让这机制，自行运作
That's how it
works.
祂就是这么运行的
It always
works.
祂总是在运作
It automatically
works.
自动地运作着
This is just
physics we’re talking about here,
我们这里说的，都是物理现象
But we are
illuminating a specific way to approach allowance
只是以特别的方式，来讲解“允许”
With the other
two qualities of acknowledgment and appreciation
而“认可”与“赞赏”这两个步骤的加入
That will amp it
up and magnify it
将放大你的显化，强化你的显化
And shoot it off
into your life just like a rocket
就像火箭发射一样，给你的生活注入强大的能量
And things will
start to explode
事情将爆炸式发展
and become
ecstatic more and more and more and more
你会觉得好事不断，欣喜若狂
If course you
believe you can handle that much ecstasy
前提是，你能承受得住如此强烈的狂喜
that much
synchronicity
如此之多的同步性事件！
that much joy in
your lives.
如此之多的喜乐！
For if you find
yourself then bulking at the acceleration bulking at the
amplification
如果你发现自己的显化，并没有加速，并没有放大
Again,
stop
再一次，停下来
and at that
moment acknowledge what is this happening
感受当下的感觉，认可刚刚发生的
And appreciate
what it is this happening
并赞赏所发生的一切
Even if it's not
exactly what you believe you prefer,
即使这不是你所喜欢的
Because it is
there for a reason for you to investigate
因为它的发生，肯定有你的原因
why you are
reacting the way you are reacting
你要自我检视：“为何我会有这样的反应”
Get in touch
with whatever belief system is generating that particular
reaction
顺着你的感受，找到这个引发你不寻常反应的信念系统
Find out what it
is consciously,
意识到：它只是你的一个信念系统
And when you
believe it doesn't serve you anymore
如果它无法再为你服务，只是给你添堵
To let it
go
那释放它，让它走
and add that
energy to your joy in your excitement

To increase and
amplify and magnify that acceleration

And allow
yourself to continue along that path of

Manifesting your
dreams manifesting your true self,

Manifesting your
preferred reality.
